eSIM installation and activation on Apple
Follow these steps to install and activate your Fulldatos eSIM.
Make sure you have a solid internet connection before starting the installation, ideally using a Wi-Fi network or a good 4G/5G connection.
Before you travel (installation)

Select Abroad
The installation process will ask where you're going to use your eSIM.

Select Data only
Travel eSIMs are data only. They don't have a phone number assigned.

Select Travel eSIM only
While travelling we recommend keeping only your travel eSIM turned on.

Select Turn on Low Data Mode
We recommend enabling this option to maximize the life of your data plan.

Turn off the Travel eSIM before you travel
If you're not at your destination yet, make sure the 'Travel' SIM is off and your Primary SIM is on.

How to turn a line or eSIM on and off
Select the SIM you want and turn on or off the Turn On This Line switch.
When you arrive at your destination (activation)

Turn off your Primary SIM and turn on the Travel eSIM
In the Cellular menu, turn off your primary SIM and turn on the travel eSIM.

Turn on Data Roaming for the travel eSIM
Once your travel eSIM is active, make sure to enable Data Roaming in its settings to allow the network connection.
Additional notes
When you're at your destination, Cellular Data should be assigned to your Fulldatos eSIM. Your 'Primary' SIM should show as off and the 'Travel' SIM as on.
When your trip ends
Make sure to turn off or delete the eSIM. We recommend that you don't delete our eSIM, so you can top it up for your next trip and avoid installing a new one. To delete it, open the 'Cellular' menu, select the secondary SIM and choose 'Delete eSIM'.
